Ministries - Bill Wilson
In 2001,
Metro Ministries began offering its programs for
children in Manila, the capital city of the
Philippine Isles where 40 percent of the population
lives beneath the poverty line. Many children and
their families actually live in and around the vast
city dumps or in an old cemetery called the City of
the Skull. Here, children live among not just the
thousands of tombs, but among the uncovered remains
of those who have died.
